• Worker resigns because employer breaches contract:
  The government of UAE is giving rights to every Domestic worker to break the labour contract and discontinue their employment at any time if their employer is not following the rules and law as per the MoHRE. Some cases like when your employer not giving the proper rest time, weekly off, Mental or Physical harassment, Salary Delay, Not allowing leave and air tickets as per MoHRE.
  In this case not only your employer have to pay you the full gratuity and air ticket to your country but the employer has to pay one month's Net salary compensation also.
• Worker dismissed for no reason:
  If your employer dismissed you without the proper reason, those are mentioned in MoHRE Law and you follow all the Laws respectfully, he/she must pay you Salary compensation with pending salary, Gratuity and Air ticket.
• Domestic worker dismissed for breaching contract:
