• STEP 1: Click on the Link below which will redirect you to the RTA website.

• STEP 3: Write your NOL card Tag Id which is written on your card.

You just need the NOL card Tag id, Your NOL card PIN, Your Mobile no.

Service fee:

In case of cash refund the RTA will charge 2.5% of balance or AED 5.00 which is higher.
